Please join us in Washington D.C. on November 10, 2007, to recognize the 25th Anniversary of the dedication of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Planning continues for the 1st Signal Brigade Association’s participation in the 25th Anniversary Parade and so far over forty 1st Signal Brigade Vietnam Veterans have signed up to attend this event.  We would like to see more of our membership participate in this important event.

We are also planning to sponsor a hospitality activity at the Crystal City Marriott.  More details will be provided about this activity soon.

Fifty rooms at the Crystal City Marriott have been blocked for Association members and guest for the nights of November 9th and 10th at a special rate of $139 per night (before tax).  Rooms are still available for this special event.

Our on-going need is to determine how many Association members will attend this event.  The sign-up period for this event will remain open until late September.  Please provide your RSVP by sending an email to RSVP-1stSignalBdeAssociation@comcast.net  as soon as possible, but by no later than September 23, 2007.

For any questions, please send an email to Chuck Valen, the Association’s coordinator for this event, at kodiak_usvet67@comcast.net

We are looking forward to seeing you in Washington D.C. on Veterans Day weekend!
