LTC(P) Al Crawford, Director, Communications Systems Engineering and Management Agency (CSEMA). Later he was promoted to MG and commanded the U.S. Army Electronics Command at Fort Monmouth, NJ. Later as a LTG, he was CG, US Army Information Systems Command. Later he became the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence.
